The T500L is a turret-type Horizontal CNC Lathe developed by JIAMENS based on standardized and modular design concepts, featuring a high-rigidity and high-stability bed structure.It is equipped with a high-power, high-torque spindle, and the spindle motor is flange-mounted to enhance rigidity. Matched with a servo tool turret, the machine provides comprehensive high-precision turning functions and automatic control capabilities.The lathe adopts a 30° slant-bed structure and is fitted with roller linear guideways. The tailstock with triangular guideway for traversing movement effectively reduces vibration and structural deformation, improving the machine’s rigidity and machining accuracy.The T500L can perform machining of internal and external surfaces, conical surfaces, circular arcs, threads, boring and reaming for shaft and disc parts, as well as various turning operations such as non-circular curves. It is suitable for the processing of multi-variety, small and medium batch products.
