The CWS46L is an offset dual-spindle dual-gang-tool Horizontal CNC Lathe developed by JIAMENS based on standardized and modular design concepts. It adopts an offset dual-motor-spindle configuration paired with dual gang-tool carriages. Benefiting from the dual motor spindles, the machine can execute multiple machining processes simultaneously, completing secondary operations in a single clamping and enabling highly efficient manufacturing of complex parts. Controlled via CNC programming, it realizes a high degree of production automation, greatly improving production efficiency and reducing operating costs. Both motor spindles are equipped with a high-precision CNC control system, guaranteeing stable high-precision machining for precision components. When matched with an automatic bar feeder and parts receiver, the machine enables fully automatic production management. The CWS46L dual-spindle CNC lathe enjoys a wide range of applications, covering parts processing in automotive, aerospace, medical equipment, electronics and other industries.
