The TSK500LY is a Horizontal CNC Turning Center (with Y-axis) developed by JIAMENS based on standardized and modular design concepts. It adopts a 30° slant-bed structure together with a vertical Y-axis power mechanism to realize compound machining for turning, milling and cutting operations. The machine is equipped with high-torque dual spindles (inclined rail sub-spindle), enabling workpiece transfer between different spindles to avoid cumulative errors caused by multiple clamping, and provides comprehensive high-precision turning functions and automatic control capabilities. Roller linear guideways are equipped, with six sliding blocks on the Z-axis roller linear guide, which effectively reduces vibration and structural deformation, improving the machine’s rigidity and machining accuracy. Beyond the standard functions of a CNC lathe, the machine can perform face milling, drilling, tapping, straight-groove milling, helical-groove milling and gear milling. Featuring integrated turning, milling and boring capabilities, it delivers the process philosophy of complete-part-machining in a single clamping.
