The TX680LI is a Multi-functional Turning-Milling Compound Machine with Driven Tool Turret (without Y-axis) developed by JIAMENS based on standardized and modular design concepts. It adopts a 30° slant-bed structure together with a high-rigidity driven tool turret to realize compound machining for turning, milling and cutting operations. The machine is equipped with a high-power, high-torque spindle; the spindle motor is flange-mounted to enhance rigidity, and the machine provides comprehensive high-precision turning functions and automatic control capabilities. Roller linear guideways are equipped, with the Z-axis configured with six-slider roller linear guideways; the tailstock with triangular guideway for traversing movement effectively reduces vibration and deformation, improving the machine's rigidity and machining accuracy. Beyond the standard functions of a CNC lathe, the machine can perform face milling, drilling, tapping, straight-groove milling, helical-groove milling and gear milling. Featuring integrated turning, milling and boring capabilities, it delivers the process philosophy of complete-part-machining in a single clamping.
