The TX680LIY is a multi-function power turret CNC turning-milling center (with Y-axis) developed by JIAMENS based on standardized and modular design concepts.
It adopts a 30° slant-bed structure paired with a vertical Y-axis power mechanism, enabling compound machining of turning, milling and cutting operations. The machine is equipped with a high-power, high-torque spindle, and the spindle motor is flange-mounted to enhance rigidity, delivering a comprehensive range of high-precision turning functions and automatic control capabilities. Roller linear guideways are adopted, with six sliders configured on the Z-axis roller linear guideway. The tailstock with triangular guideway for traversing movement effectively reduces vibration and structural deformation, improving the machine’s rigidity and machining accuracy.
Beyond the standard functions of a CNC lathe, the machine can perform face milling, drilling, tapping, straight-groove milling, helical-groove milling and gear milling. Featuring integrated turning, milling and boring capabilities, it delivers the process philosophy of complete-part-machining in a single clamping.
