The TX500L is a Horizontal CNC Turning Center (without Y-axis) developed by JIAMENS based on standardized and modular design concepts. It adopts a 30° slant-bed structure together with a high-rigidity driven tool turret to realize compound machining for turning, milling and cutting operations. The spindle motor is flange-mounted to enhance rigidity, and the machine provides various high-precision turning functions and automatic control capabilities. Roller linear guideways are equipped, and the tailstock with triangular guideway for traversing movement effectively reduces vibration and structural deformation, improving the machine’s rigidity and machining accuracy. Beyond the standard functions of a CNC lathe, the machine can perform face milling, drilling, tapping, straight-groove milling, helical-groove milling and gear milling. Featuring integrated turning, milling and boring capabilities, it delivers the process philosophy of complete-part-machining in a single clamping.
