The T680LI is a turret-type Horizontal CNC Lathe developed by JIAMENS based on standardized and modular design concepts, featuring a high-rigidity and high-stability bed structure.
It is equipped with a high-power, high-torque spindle, and the spindle motor is flange-mounted to enhance rigidity. Matched with a servo tool turret, the machine provides comprehensive high-precision turning functions and automatic control capabilities.
The lathe adopts a 30° slant-bed structure and is fitted with roller linear guideways, with six sliders on the Z-axis roller linear guideway. The tailstock with triangular guideway for traversing movement effectively reduces vibration and structural deformation, improving the machine’s rigidity and machining accuracy.
The T680LI can perform turning of internal and external surfaces, conical surfaces, circular arcs and threads, as well as boring and reaming operations on shaft and disc parts. It also supports various turning processes such as non-circular curves, and is suitable for the processing of multi-variety, small and medium batch products.
