The T680L-1600 is a turret-type CNC turning lathe developed by JIAMENS with standardized and modular design concepts, featuring a high-rigidity and high-stability bed structure. Equipped with a high-power, high-torque spindle, its main motor is flange-mounted for improved rigidity. Combined with a servo turret, the machine delivers a full range of high-precision turning functions and automatic control performance.
It adopts a 30° slant-bed structure with roller linear guideways, and six sliding blocks are arranged on the Z-axis roller linear guide. The tailstock travels along triangular guideways, which effectively suppress vibration and deformation to enhance machine rigidity and machining accuracy.
The T680L-1600 supports machining of internal & external surfaces, tapered surfaces, arcs, threads, boring and reaming for shaft-type and disc-type workpieces. It is also capable of various turning operations including non-circular curve machining, making it well-suited for multi-variety and small-to-medium-batch production.
